First time?

First time stepping in to the ring? (dont't worry, thats only an analogy) well you've come to the right place. it's literally in our blood.
Trust us when we say you're in good hands. We guarantee you'll leave your first session smiling, soaked in sweat and saying "Hell Yeah!"

What to bring... just yourself, a pair of shorts, a tshirt, a water bottle and a towel. everything else is supplied. Simple as that. You don't even need runners!

Just book yourself in to any of our combat classes via our app (Choose 'Pay at Desk'); Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) or MMA.
Through the magic of technology we'll know you're on the way. We'll have a chat with you beforehand and make sure you're all ready to go. We'll even waive the fee for your first session!

When we said it was in our blood we weren't joking. We've got national, international, provincial, and local champions training with us.
Hell, our head trainer, Tony, is a Thai Champion. That's the Thai equivalent of Dan Carter winning an All Ireland against the Brogan brothers!

We have all levels. From complete beginner to international competitors Lionheart has got you covered. We can train with you to get you to the level you want.
